You may have tried every diet out there, from low-fat to vegan, you go to the gym 5 times a week and follow a strict meal plan. But still, that number on the scale is refusing to budge. Losing weight isn’t hard but isn’t a simple equation or strategy that fits all. There are many factors that play role such as genetics, environment, sleep habits, and muscle mass.
