I opted for an international meal plan for two weeks. I was skeptical in the beginning bcoz i had this idea that healthy food is mostly bland and not tasty at all. Delicious food and so convenient. If I didn’t like something a quick WhatsApp message to my wonderful account manager Sheryl and my menu was changed. Really great variety. Their delivery service is impeccable. I leave my house for work at 6am and my food is already here and I’ve packed brekkie and lunch and snacks into my lunchbox and am out the door in minutes. Also really satisfying meals. I got the lowest calorie option and am not hungry or having any cravings - they balance the sweet and salt so well that I still feel like I’m having a little treat for my afternoon snack with a cup of tea (brownies, little chocolate bites, etc). Will definitely extend the service for another month at least 👍🏼

This is a fantastic program for those that struggle with weight loss. I’ve been with kcal for almost 3-4 years. I have reached my desired weight a while back, however they are great for anyone who doesn’t have time to cook and wants to remain healthy. A lot of variety and you never get bored of the food! Highly recommended

I started using kcal extra because I wanted a variety of healthy and well proportioned meals. Every meal is delicious! It's fantastic not having to prepare meals but still getting a good balance! Meals are so tasty, convenient, and although the portions sometimes look small, it always fills me up. Everything is customized based on what I like and dislike. Daily delivery at the same time, even during quarantine, as promised. Big thanks to my account manager Alma, she is very responsive, supportive, and helped me to pay flexibility monthly meal plan subscription. I always say that Kcal is the best and I wouldn't even try anything else to compare because I am sure no one can compete with them.You can easily spot that from there reviews. Right from the kickoff, their wellness advisor Ms Omnia was absolutely professional, customer service oriented, patient and attentive to all my queries. From the start had nothing but awesome support. The food is really tasty and fills you up. There is a great variation to the menu, but if you get something you don’t like then you simply tell your advisor and it’s taken off. I’m 4 weeks in, don’t feel hungry, it’s too easy, and weight is coming off. Have only positives to say about all at kcal, but especially Salwa who has been pivotal to me. 5 stars easy.

Best experience. Price is worth the professional service(support, hygiene, delivery , variety, packaging , awareness ....etc). What time do you deliver the food?

Deliveries are daily. Our morning slot is between 4am and 9am and our evening slot is between 4pm and 10pm. Delivery schedules depend on your specific location but in the event that you’re not available to receive it, we can leave it on your doorstep or deliver to an alternative location.

We deliver throughout Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah at no cost.

Yes. When completing our online sign up form, please state your office address under the requested delivery information. If you wish to make changes to your delivery location, we require two business days notice.

The amount of weight you lose depends on a number of factors including your age, activity level, amount of exercise, medical conditions and starting weight. Most Kcal customers lose anything from 3 to 8 kilos per month. Ultimately, your results depend on YOU and your commitment. We’re serious about helping you. How serious are you about helping yourself? We have three different meal plans, each designed for specific goals including weight loss, weight and nutrition maintenance and muscle gain and recovery (ATHLETE).Kcal nutritionists are on hand to ensure you select the right plan for you based on your optimal daily calorie intake, age, height, current weight, gender and activity level. Our lowest calorie level is 1,000calories per day and our highest is 2,300 calories (ATHLETE).

We accept cash, cards or cheques. You can pay online with your credit or debit card or if you prefer, you can drop off payment at our head office or request that our driver collect your payment from anywhere within Dubai. Please note that card payments made via our drivers incur a AED 45 processing fee.

Each Kcal meal plan is individually priced. Our lowest calorie plan starts from AED 3,100.

When signing up on our website, we’ll ask you about your likes, dislikes and allergies and if having a consultation with a Kcal nutritionist, you’ll discuss these at your appointment. Your bespoke meal plan will be planned around your preferences.
