Ramadan is upon us once again and this year there is plenty going on across the Emirates. To counter the flurry of opulent Iftars strewn across every hotel in the country we have launched our NEW Ramadan Meal Plan to help you stay on track and have a healthy Ramadan.

This month Best Body Co. are hosting their Ramadan Challenge and taking advantage of the shorter working hours to get in even more workouts!

For the Brave
This month it’s time to lace up your trainers and push yourself with the third edition of the Night Challenge Championship obstacle course. As part of this year’s Nad Al Sheba Sports Tournament sees competitors from the UAE and around the world taking on a 5km course with challenges like The Siege, Warped Wall, and The Black Hole.
You can compete as part of a team of four people, on 9 May, or on your own on 16 May. The heats start at 9pm, and every 15 minutes afterwards, but runners must get there an hour early to check in. To register click hereWritten by Lauren Jacobsen, Nutrition Director
